Sift Through of Root Tip Cell of Dali Vicia Faba in Micronucleus test

Abstract

Abstract: BACKGROUND ＆ AIM: To understanding detection root tip cell of Dali vicia faba in icronucleus.MATERIAL AND METHODS: By microuncleus test of vicia faba root tip cell. RESULTS: Micronucleus rate is under 5 ‰ in two kind vicia fabas and it showed that the frequencies of micronucleus in root tip cell of vicia faba (VMN) were in creased being effected by these cemical posions (P<0.05).CONCLUSION:It suggested that the Feng-yi green vicia faba had good sensitive ,and sift through of root tip cell in micronucleus test.
